Nazli Mohajer
Nazli brings over two decades of combined legal, academic, and international experience to the field of Canadian immigration. Her background includes work with international organizations and multinational corporations in both the public and private sectors, including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and service as in-house legal counsel for a Fortune 500 company.
A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB), Nazli has more than 16 years of experience advising individuals and corporations on Canadian immigration law, policies, and procedures. She has successfully represented international students, temporary workers, professionals, and families in matters ranging from study and work permits to permanent residence and citizenship. Her practice is known for careful risk assessment, strong advocacy, and meticulous case management in complex and time-sensitive cases.
In addition to her consulting practice, Nazli has served as an Instructor in Immigration Law and Practice at Ashton College and held national leadership roles with the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), including Vice President and Education & Training National Chair. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex legislation into clear, practical guidance and for her commitment to ethical, informed, and compassionate representation.
